1. Corporate Governance

The Board of Directors of the AIH Group is responsible for the corporate governance of the Company and its controlled entities. Good corporate governance is a fundamental part of the culture and the business practices of the Group.

 

2. Risk Management

The AIH Group adopts a risk management system consistent with the Australian Risk Management Standard AS/NZS 4360: 1999. It involves six key steps and also includes feedback through a monitoring and review process and appropriate communication and consultation with all stakeholders.

 

3. Business Systems

The AIH Group has developed and protected intellectual property that is industry best practice for the operation of hospitality and tourism assets.
